My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms weren't as clean as I expected, and there were no towels to shower. The dog smell and hair all over the room made it uncomfortable. The staff seemed clueless and unprofessional, especially when the manager on duty prioritized cleaning windows over addressing complaints. Overall, the service was subpar and left much to be desired.

While the dining experience could use some improvement, the friendly service from Housekeeping to Maintenance stands out as a positive.
