My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms weren't as clean as I expected, and there were no towels to shower. The dog smell and hair all over the room made it uncomfortable. On the bright side, the kitchenette was a nice addition, even though there were no pots, pans, silverware, or plates. The hallways had a bad odor, with big trash bags lining them. The staff seemed clueless and unprofessional, especially when the manager on duty prioritized cleaning windows over addressing complaints. Overall, the service was subpar and left much to be desired.
